So I have a YouTube channel...
I thought it would be a good idea to talk about it here because I know it came out of the bright blue with no explanation whatsoever. But yes, I now have a YouTube channel, and I will not be posting anything on it until after March 2016, because exams unfortunately are taking over my world
Once those exams are out of the way however, I will be updating it as regularly as I can. I will mostly be doing a lot of Speed Art videos, like my first one which I posted three days ago:
I drew Yoseob (from the South Korean boy band B2ST) and his dog Yang Gaeng, and the full portrait looks like this:
Anyway, I will be posting a lot of Speed Art videos (or as many as I have the patience to film anyway) and maybe lyric videos or just plain audios of songs that are hard to find on YouTube. The other day, I wanted to hear just the plain audio version of SHINee's Burning Up, and I could not find it anywhere on YouTube. So I downloaded one from a site and I made an Audio video and put it up. So there might be some of those...
I'm not very sure about tutorials yet. I can see myself considering it in the not-so-near future, but I'm not very confident on whether I want to do tutorials, and be heard or seen (as in actual voice and face) on the internet. But once I'm ready (I do not know when that will be, no promises) I think I will be doing tutorials as well. Although I don't know what I could do tutorials on. Anyway, since that possibility is not happening as of now, we shall not talk about it now. Instead, let's go back to the Speed Art thing.
I have to warn you though, 99% of the Speed Art videos are going to be me drawing K-Pop idols. I can't explain in enough words how much I love K-Pop, and even though I don't listen to a hundred different bands, the bands I listen to do have a minimum of four to a maximum of eight or nine members, and I love and admire each and every one of them and I want to draw each and every one of them.
But whether it's someone you know that I'm drawing, or someone you don't, I do hope you enjoy the videos as much as I enjoyed making the first one. It took me over two months primarily because of exams (who's surprised?).
I also accidentally deleted 10 minutes of footage so if you watch carefully, in the beginning, when I begin to start drawing Yoseob's face, the video immediately jumps to where I've almost finished it, and that in-between part was deleted. Beginner's mistakes I suppose. Not going to be repeated (hopefully).
Alrighty people, that's all for this journal entry. I do hope you like the video I put up, and I hope you will enjoy the ones in the future because I personally am really excited to film more of these kind of things.
Oh, and one more thing. I hit 50 followers today! Like, whaaaat?!?! What a perfect way to end the year. Thank you to everyone who is following me, or who has visited my profile and liked what I do, or who commented/faved an artwork of mine. Thank you all so so much, it means so much to me.
That said, I hope all of you have a great New Year, and I hope 2016 is full of awesomeness for everyone!
Cheers,
Nisha

I'm taking commissions
Happy New year everyone!
I am thinking of starting commissions this year. I am nervous about a lot of things with regards to this. Most of my anxiety stems from the fact that I don't know anything about taking commissions - what sort of price range I should keep in mind, what the shipping costs are to different places, whether prices should vary for different sizes of paper and all those details. I am fairly confident in my skills to deliver good material to potential customers (oh, also, I will be taking commissions for portraits only) but the shipping is what worries me the most.
So if there is anyone out there who has been shipping their
Tag thingy :D
So I was tagged by the wonderful xXPetunia-I-Luv-UXx (https://www.deviantart.com/xxpetunia-i-luv-uxx) to do this, and I'm doing it! (that was the lamest intro ever). Mine will probably not be as interesting or as colourful as hers, but I'mma try :D

- Yes. Very moody.
7. Are you a lover/hater?

2016 Inktober Sketchbook
So Inktober got over the day before yesterday, which is a pity and a relief(in some ways). And this was my first time participating in Inktober, although I kept telling myself that I would participate in Inktober ever since 2013, so... ^^;
Anyway, I finally hopped aboard the Inktober bandwagon in 2016, and I had so much fun! This might sound cheesy, but it kind of felt like I was drawing with the whole world (which in a way, I probably was) and that feeling was amazing. I enjoyed looking at everyone's Inktober entries for that day and I saw SO many amazing artworks! So much of talent! :D :love: :clap:
Most of the artworks I make are huge an
Saturday Newsletter #1
I couldn't think of a good title, but I shall hopefully change it by next week ^^;
Hallo everyone! Welcome to my 'newsletter' - for want of a better word. Every Saturday I will be publishing a journal entry where I will post a) short tutorials (this depends on what YOU guys would like to learn) b) I will be featuring some of you (max. 3) and c) I will be re-posting one of my old artworks
So without further ado, let's get on with this. Please excuse any roughness of language as this is only the first newsletter. I shall have a title up and segment titles for each section as soon as I can. ^^; :D
